We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Muky Design. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or ship your exchange item to you.
